CBRE, the property’s marketing agent, said the building has an indicative price of $30M.
The property has a gross floor area of approximately 140,250 sq ft and comprises a warehouse space on levels 1 to 3, and ancillary office space on level 4.
The building sits on a 93,658 sq ft site zoned for “Business 2” use with a permissible plot ratio of 1.6. The site also has a remaining leasehold tenure till November 2056.
