The tender for the industrial site closed on 25 January.

JTC has awarded the tender for the industrial site at 25 Gul Drive to P-One (Tuas) Pte Ltd at a sum of $2,558,588.

The site zoned as “Business 2” has an area of 4,877.5 sqm, a gross plot ratio of 1.4, and a tenure of 20 years. 

JTC expects P-One (Tuas) Pte Ltd to complete the site’s development in 60 months.
