When it comes to wanting a quick energy boost, coffee is usually the staple drink most people go for if they are okay with caffeine and enjoy the bitterness. There are actually a number of benefits that comes with drinking coffee. To name a few, the caffeine content in coffee act as a diuretic to help us get rid of excess water. Coffee also helps boost our metabolism to get our organs going so it sometimes does help with fat burning and weight loss. Coffee also has polyphenols, which are natural antioxidants that help with cleaning up our blood vessels and help reduce inflammation.
