Be aware of the fact that you might be feeling overshadowed, or that your efforts aren’t being completely recognized. You may feel like you do all this work for others and yet get nothing in return. The key is to make sure that you do the things you do because you want to do them. Do them for yourself. Don’t do something for others just because you expect that they will do something for you in return.
